What Happens After a Refund
When a refund is processed by Apple or Google:
- The refund amount returns to your original payment method
- Processing time depends on your payment method (see timelines above)
- Your practice data stays on your device (it's stored locally, not on our servers)
EU Consumer Rights
If you're in the European Union, consumer protection laws provide a 14-day "cooling-off" period for online purchases. Both Apple and Google honor these rights.
When you purchase digital content and begin downloading or using it, you may be asked to acknowledge that you're waiving your withdrawal right for that specific purchase. This is standard practice for digital goods under EU law.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't you process refunds directly?
When you purchase an app from the App Store or Google Play, the payment goes to Apple or Google, not to us. They handle all payment processing, and refunds must go through the same system. This is how all app store purchases work.
What if my refund request is denied?
Refund decisions are made by Apple or Google, not by us. If your request is denied, you can:
- Submit another request with more detail about the issue
- Contact Apple or Google support directly to discuss your case
- Reach out to us—while we can't override their decision, we may be able to help resolve the underlying issue
I purchased on the wrong account. Can I transfer my purchase?
Purchases are tied to the Apple ID or Google account used at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, purchases cannot be transferred between accounts. If you need the app on a different account, you would need to purchase again on that account.
Can I get a refund if I bought on iOS but want Android instead?
iOS and Android are separate purchases through different stores. You can request a refund through Apple's process (see above), and then purchase on Google Play if you prefer. We have no control over cross-platform purchases—this is a limitation of how app stores work.
Is there a free trial?
No, we don't offer a free trial. However, both app stores offer refunds if the app isn't right for you. For Android, you can get an automatic refund within 2 hours if you uninstall through the Play Store. For iOS, you can request a refund within 14 days for the best chance of approval.
How long does it take to get my money back?
Once approved, refund timing depends on your payment method:
- Store credit: Usually within 48 hours
- Credit/debit card: 3-30 days depending on your bank
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Mobile carrier billing: Up to 30-60 days
