If you can't find an answer, reach out directly. I read every message personally.

Response time: I typically respond within 2-3 business days. Bug reports and urgent issues get priority.

You can also use the contact form or reach out from within the app (Settings > Contact Us).

What to Include

The more details you provide, the faster I can help. Here's what's useful:

  • Device and OS version

    e.g., iPhone 15 with iOS 18, or Pixel 8 with Android 14

  • App version

    Found in Settings at the bottom of the screen

  • Steps to reproduce (for bugs)

    What were you doing when the problem happened?

  • MIDI keyboard model (if relevant)

    e.g., Roland FP-30X, Akai MPK Mini, Korg microKEY

  • Screenshots (if helpful)

    A picture often saves a thousand words

When you use the in-app contact form, your app version and platform are included automatically.

Types of Requests

Bug Reports

Something broken or not working as expected? These get priority. Include steps to reproduce if you can.

Feature Requests

Have an idea to make Crescendo better? I read every suggestion. Your feedback directly shapes what gets built next.

Questions

Need help using the app? Check the help articles first, but if you're stuck, just ask.

Billing & Refunds

Refunds are processed by Apple and Google, not by me directly. See the Refund Policy for instructions. But if something isn't working, write to me first—I'd love the chance to help.

What Happens Next

After you send a message:

    You'll receive a confirmation

    If you used the in-app form, you'll see a success message. If you emailed directly, your email client will confirm it was sent.

    I'll read your message

    Every message is read personally. Bug reports and urgent issues are prioritized.

  3. 3

    You'll hear back

    Typically within 2-3 business days. Complex issues may take a bit longer, but I'll always respond.

Privacy Note

When you contact support, I only receive what you explicitly send. I don't have access to your practice history, library, or any data on your device.
