Billing & Refunds
Refunds are processed by Apple and Google, not by me directly. See the Refund Policy for instructions. But if something isn't working, write to me first—I'd love the chance to help.
What Happens Next
After you send a message:

If you used the in-app form, you'll see a success message. If you emailed directly, your email client will confirm it was sent.

Privacy Note
When you contact support, I only receive what you explicitly send. I don't have access to your practice history, library, or any data on your device.
